Mehmet Hayati KINAŞ was born in 1964 in Balıkesir, Turkey. After completing his primary and secondary education there, he graduated from Yıldız Technical University with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
From 1988, he served at the General Directorate of Security in the IT Department. In 1999 he worked for a year at the Istanbul Police Department's IT Branch, after which he transitioned to the private sector.
Starting from 2001, he held various roles as a Software Engineer at Sabiha Gökçen International Airport (HEAŞ). Following his retirement in 2019, he has continued to actively provide consultancy and develop software solutions.
Mehmet Hayati KINAŞ is married and the father of three children.
